Package includes 3 - 50 minute private or duet sessions with a Certified Instructor; focusing on the fundamentals of Pilates mat, reformer, tower and chair. These sessions are taught at your speed and cater to your own strengths, weaknesses, injuries or conditions. This is a prerequisite for any new clients wishing to take Equipment Classes.
