Intro to Mat Class
This intro to mat class is designed to teach and reinforce the fundamentals and beginning movements. Recommended for those who have never taken Pilates, less experienced Pilates participants, those recovering from an injury, or those who would like a more gentle session. We strongly recommend that all clients take at least one Intro to Mat Class before moving into the more advanced classes.

Mixed Level Class
This class is designed for anyone who would like a Pilates mat workout. The instructor will teach to a mid level participant. We recommend that participants who have never taken mat class attend Intro to Mat (above) prior to joining the class.
Advanced Mat Class
This class is designed for the veteran Pilates enthusiast who is looking for a challenge. We do not recommend this class for those who have never taken a mat class.
Props Class
This is a fun, new twist on the Pilates mat exercises. The instructor will use foam rollers, flex bands, flex rings, FitBall and BOSU's to create a challenging workout. This class is geared toward more experienced Pilates students.
Mat Classes Prices
New client first class special - Buy one for $20 and take a second class for FREE (must be used within one week).
1 class - $20
5 classes in 30 days - $80
10 classes in 60 days - $120
20 classes in 90 days - $200
1 month unlimited - $135
2 months unlimited - $215
No appointments are required to take Pilates mat classes. Expiration dates are enforced. Please do not purchase a punch card if you don’t think you can take all the classes before the expiration date. We can offer a ONE TIME PER CLIENT "roll over" of unused classes if a new mat card is purchased.
