Stephanie Naddaff
Stephanie Naddaff was introduced to Pilates as a teenager during a summer Ballet and Modern dance intensive. It spoke to her then as way to increase flexibility and strength. She was delighted to continue studying it while pursuing her BFA in Dance Performance from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. After graduating in 2005, she moved to New York City to pursue a career as a professional dancer.
Stephanie did take some time away from the dance world, but realized that she just could not stay away from Pilates. After her recent move to the Midwest with her fiancé, she discovered Personal Best Pilates Studio and quickly became a client. Today Pilates speaks to her as a way to not only feel, but also be healthy and happy. She received her Pilates Mat Instructor certificate in 2011 and is ecstatic to be part of the Personal Best family.
Why she loves her job (in her own words)
I feel that the mind and body connection that Pilates offers truly allows me to understand my body in a way that is important now and for years to come. I am grateful for the opportunity to share this with clients on their journey to achieve their goals.
