Managing your Pilates Equipment Class Schedule in CORE
All of our equipment classes are scheduled and priced by the month. Each month, you will be scheduled for your standing class days and times. These classes expire at the end of the month, whether you have used them all or not. You may cancel and reschedule these classes online as much as you need, provided the following:
1) classes are cancelled with at least a 24 hour notice, and
2) make ups are scheduled within the same month.
If you have not scheduled all your make up classes by the end of the month, you will need to call Melissa Martin at 913.345.8787 ext 324 or email her at firstname.lastname@example.org to override the expiration dates and add the classes back to your account.
TO CANCEL AND RESCHEDULE A CLASS ONLINE WITHIN THE SAME MONTH:
Personal Best Pilates Studio requires a 24 hour notice for all cancellations, including equipment classes. To cancel a class, select the "my schedule" link located at the top of CORE. Once your schedule appears, click on the "Cancel" button to the left of the class you wish to cancel. Next, you can find a class opening to fit your schedule and book your make up. Go to the “Classes” page, and find the class you want to take. Click on the ‘Sign Up Now” button. If there is an opening CORE will confirm the booking. If the class is full, you may put your name on the waiting list. CORE will automatically add you from the waiting list to the class if another client cancels out of that class.
TO CARRY OVER MAKE UP CLASSES INTO THE NEXT MONTH:
Follow the directions for canceling classes, above. If you have not scheduled all your make up classes by the end of the month, please contact Melissa Martin at 913.345.8787 ext 324, email@example.com to override the expiration dates and add the classes back to your account.
All canceled equipment classes carry a 60 day expiration from the date the class was missed.
